Biography
Hello and thanks for visiting. Let me tell you a little bit about myself.

I have lived in Northfield since 1983.
I share my life with my wonderful wife Becky, my two beautiful daughters Evelyn and Anna, and my 3 wonderful step children, Trent, Colton and Sydni.
I consider myself a dedicated real estate professional, and a proud resident of this great community.

-I began working with buyers and sellers in 1999 in Breckenridge Colorado. I have many years of experience helping people with their real estate needs, and I've been a part of over 350 successful transactions.

-I was builder’s representative for 7 years. I know how a home is built and how all the parts and pieces work together.

We had a fantastic experience working with Michael Jordan and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. We were moving to Minnesota from out of state in July 2017, and he helped us buy our first home. We came to town for one weekend in May to look at houses, and Michael had set everything up in advance so that we could see all the homes we were interested in, and even go back to see a few that we wanted to spend more time in. As we drove around town, he seemed to know so many people and had a story to tell about every block we passed on our journey. He seemed to quickly get a feel for our personalities and what we were looking for as well.

Once we decided to make an offer, Michael had the whole process down to a science. He was more than willing to walk through all of the steps with us to explain each part of the home-buying process, as it was our first time. After we made the decision to make an offer, we had to head back out of state, and Michael took care of so many things that we couldn’t because we were not local. We texted, called, and e-mailed him with questions and he always responded promptly and positively. When small jobs were needed on the house after the inspection, Michael had recommendations for local companies who could do the work and was willing to facilitate that process. Every person that he has recommended to us has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has completed their work to a high standard.

We were happy with the result of our negotiations, and felt that Michael always communicated with us openly and honestly. We absolutely love the home that we bought, and the process to get here went so smoothly. We are so grateful to Michael for his help!

We wanted to sell our family home after 31 years, and downsize into a smaller town home. Lot's of work and angst. Mike's initial consult on what we needed to do - and not do, saved us thousands of dollars and we got more than initial estimate with savings. Our home sold in 36 hours. Finding the new home that met both our needs and price range took a bit longer and Mike was very patient and helped us tour many homes that on paper met our specifications -but there are lots of variations when you tour them. He helped point out strengths and weaknesses and kept notes on what things we liked or didn't like. It wasn't as quick as the sell, but with Mike's patience and guidance we were able to find the right home and navigate through bid-mortgage-inspection- to closing. We have been living here for two months. Thanks Mike for all your help. We don't plan on moving for a while, but we will call you when we do :)... Rob and Cindy

Michael is so incredibly helpful. He helped us buy our first house and walked us through each step of a process we had never gone through before. He provided advice and guidance at each step of the way. It went so smoothly that we recommended him to another family member and he went above and beyond there too!
